I founded my law firm in 2010 to provide clients with compassionate, strategic, and results-driven legal support. While my primary focus has been on family law, my background of over two decades of practice spans a wide range of legal disciplines. This breadth of experience allows me to approach each family law case with a well-rounded perspective and creative problem-solving strategies.

I am committed to innovation and efficiency, always seeking new ways to streamline processes and deliver better outcomes for my clients. One of the most important philosophies I’ve adopted is to keep cases moving forward as quickly as possible. While there are times when a more measured pace is strategically beneficial, my default approach is to avoid unnecessary delays and help clients reach resolutions sooner.

I believe in treating every client with the same care and respect I would offer to family or friends—and in many cases, those relationships evolve into genuine friendships.

Charlie

I am an attorney committed to delivering thoughtful, effective, and client‑focused legal representation. I approach each case with careful preparation, clear communication, and a dedication to achieving the best possible outcome for the individuals and families I serve. My goal is to provide clients with confidence, clarity, and steady guidance throughout the legal process.

Outside of work, I enjoy boating and taking my boats out on the water whenever the weather allows. I also value time spent with my dog, who is a constant source of joy.

I am an attorney with experience as a former prosecutor, where I gained a deep understanding of the courtroom, case strategy, and the importance of clear, steady advocacy. I bring that same level of preparation and commitment to my work today, focusing on guiding clients through complex and often emotional legal matters with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

Outside of the office, I love spending time outdoors, especially hiking and exploring new trails. I also enjoy relaxing at home with my British Shorthair cat, Poe, who is always close by.

 I began practicing law after graduating from the University of Washington School of Law in 2025. I am a submarine veteran and I currently live with my wife, daughter, and our dog Teddy in Bremerton, WA.

Prior to practicing family law, I was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Kitsap County. This opportunity helped me gain significant courtroom experience prosecuting criminal cases in District Court. In my role as your attorney, I will apply common sense and I will work hard to achieve agreed resolutions quickly. I’m not afraid to take an issue to trial if need be, though. I bring a calm, confident courtroom presence that you will be happy to have in your corner.

I take my obligation to protect my client’s rights and their interests seriously. I am confident in my ability to achieve the outcomes you hope for with integrity and attention to detail.  

I am a legal operations and management professional with a background spanning executive leadership, human resources, social media management, and paralegal work. In my role at the Law Office of Charlie Shane, I oversee operational strategy, workflow development, and firmwide performance.

My experience working directly as a paralegal and alongside attorneys has given me a clear understanding of how strong systems, structured processes, and effective communication directly influence client outcomes. This perspective guides my approach to building scalable operational frameworks, strengthening team alignment, and ensuring our firm delivers consistent, high‑quality service.

I am committed to creating an organized, accountable, and supportive work environment where employees can excel and clients receive the clarity, responsiveness, and care they deserve. My focus is on aligning people, processes, and technology to enhance productivity, elevate the client experience, and support long‑term organizational growth.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, learning, Pilates, and spending time with my dog, Ted.

 I am a paralegal with experience supporting matters involving wrongful death, aviation, consumer protection, crime victims’ advocacy, and premises liability. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Global Development from Pacific Lutheran University and my Paralegal Certificate from the University of Washington.

Before entering the legal field, I spent many years living in China, where developed the first nonprofit girls’ lacrosse program as part of the international effort to grow the sport. I play internationally on a mixed team with players that signed the sport with the IOC into the 2028 Olympics. That global experience informs my collaborative and client‑focused approach to legal work.

I am passionate about using the law to help individuals resolve complex issues and contribute to a more just and equitable community. Outside of work, I enjoy Seattle sports like the Storm and the Seahawks and spending time with my husband, Derek, and our dog, Stanley.

I am a paralegal with well over a decade of experience supporting attorneys and clients through every stage of the legal process. I’m highly detail‑oriented and prioritize clear, consistent communication so clients always feel informed and supported. My goal is to help each case move forward smoothly while providing dependable, compassionate assistance to the people we serve.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my children, and exploring new experiences.

I am an Intake Specialist with a background in customer service, communication, and client relations. I am passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive experience for clients navigating sensitive family law matters. I strive to ensure each client feels heard, informed, and comfortable throughout the intake process by providing compassionate and organized support.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and family, playing sports, listening to music, and being outdoors. 

I graduated from the University of Michigan and have been working as a legal assistant since 2023. I take pride in being detail‑oriented and in maintaining strong communication with clients to ensure they feel supported and well‑informed at every stage of their case. I am excited to continue building my legal career with a focus on helping individuals navigate important transitions in their lives.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.

I combine more than two decades of legal experience with a warm, client‑centered approach. My background spans family law, criminal defense, personal injury, healthcare liability, and estate planning.

I am known for helping clients feel comfortable and supported during challenging times. Outside the office, my husband, Chris, and I are raising five daughters and one son, along with our cat, Meowlexander Hamilton. I am also actively involved with SafeKids, the SPCA, and the Empty Stocking Fund, and I enjoy spending weekends on the lake with my family.
